Join us as a full-time Senior Administrator – Salesforce, Marketing & CRM and help drive innovation at Box Hill Institute.

As our Senior Administrator, you’ll be the driving force behind smarter, more personalised marketing campaigns. Working at the intersection of technology and creativity, you will:

  • Lead automation: Manage end-to-end EDM campaigns through Marketo.
  • Optimise customer journeys: Enhance workflows across Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Turn data into insights: Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to boost ROI.
  • Support digital platforms: Maintain and improve BHI websites using DatoCMS and WordPress.
  • Solve challenges: Respond to website support tickets and implement enhancements.

This role is based at our Box Hill campus and reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist within the Marketing Department. It’s an ongoing, full-time position classified as PACCT 5.1, with a salary of $73,730.51 plus 12% superannuation.

About You

You combine analytical thinking with a love for technology and customer experience. Your strengths include:

  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in CRM, automation, and website management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in project management and website maintenance.
  • National Police Check
  • Victorian Working with Children Check.
